About Me

Greetings! You can call me Hosha!
I am a digital illustrator from somewhere in Brazil. I specialize in cute, cartoony and simple artworks with a touch of mature content. I create my characters and draw fanarts of my favorite media.I spent almost my whole life drawing, getting inspired by the internet culture, simple styled anime and music. I occasionally like to give meaning to my artworks, but mainly I draw what my imagination screams.I like the Galaxy, stars, the color purple, Vtubers, cute + spooky stuff, 2D horror, and music in general!

General

  • Please be 18+ when commissioning me!

  • I have the rights to refuse a commission if it makes me uncomfortable.

  • Time of wait and delivery may vary due to how busy I can be, but I can guarantee that I might not go beyond 1 month of completing your request.

  • I may simplify your design if it's too complex for me, BUT please make sure if you are okay with that.

  • Better ways to contact me or send me your commission form (listed below) are via Ko-fi DMs, Bluesky DMs, Email and Discord.

Process and Delivery

  • I will notify you in case the commission gets delayed.

  • I will try to send you WIPs of said commission.

  • When the illustration is complete, I will send a PNG and a Drive file via DMs or Email.

  • For now I only accept payments via Ko-fi.

  • I do not accept refunds when I start the commission.

Copyright/Usage Policy

I claim the rights to the produced drawing. I am allowed to use the copyrighted work to:

  • Promote myself with it.

  • Display and post it everywhere to my liking (websites, social media, etc.)

You, the customer are allowed to:

  • Use the commissioned piece for personal use ONLY.

  • Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as your own, but not the artwork itself.

  • Share the commissioned artwork on your social media profile (YOU MUST CREDIT ME.)

You are STRICTLY prohibited to:

  • Reproduce/use the artwork for commercial purposes.

  • Claim the artwork as your own.

  • Edit/Alter the artwork without my consent.

  • Remove my watermarks.

  • Use my artwork to feed on generative AI machines.

  • Over 2 people (This may vary on the Ko-fi request)
